We recommend booking at least 2 to 3 months in advance for international travel to secure the best flight rates and ensure ample time for visa processing. For domestic travel, 1 to 2 months prior is generally sufficient.
Booking & Payments
We accept a variety of payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.), and direct Bank Transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS).
Yes! You only need to pay an initial booking deposit to confirm your package. The remaining balance can be paid in scheduled installments, provided the full amount is cleared 30 days prior to the departure date.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary depending on the package, airlines, and hotels booked. Generally, cancellations made 45 days prior incur a nominal fee, while closer cancellations may attract higher charges. Please refer to your specific booking agreement for exact details.
Once a cancellation is approved, refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original source of payment.
Visas & Passports
